All our living quarters are distinguished by a refined atmosphere able to assure our guests of maximum privacy and absolute tranquillity. Particular attention has been paid to the finishing touches. A large part of the furnishings include precious antique furniture and some more recent furniture are in perfect harmony with the environment, as they have been chosen respecting the artistic Umbrian style. All, of course, without giving up to maximum comfort . Colour TV, iron, hairdryer, refrigerator, stove w/oven, independent heating are present in all the living quarters. The property, exquisitely restored, consist of a primary residence, named "Ca' Umbra", which dates back to the 15th century and consists of 8 beds, and by two annexes, the "Chiesetta" (Little Church) with two beds and the "Casetta dei frati" (House of the Friars) with two beds.
