Ca' Umbra is the primary living quarter of the property.
This two floor structure is built on 220 sqm. and includes 8 beds, all on the upper level
including the possibility, as per request, of adding a small bed for children up to 4 yrs
and a crib for new-borns.
We supply bed and bath linen with weekly change. Completely restored and perfectly furnished,
this wing includes independent heating
Ground floor
Living room with colour TV and antenna, stereo with CD player. You can access the veranda
furnished with garden furniture. Dining room, fully equipped kitchen complete of kitchen
utensils, stove and dishwasher Bathroom with min bath and shower. Porch with barbecue
fireplace and garden furniture for outdoor eating
First Floor
Large entrance, with wardrobe, master bedroom with a furnished terrace, second bedroom
with double bed, two double rooms, bathroom with tub and shower. Iron, hairdryer, and safe.
